Services and Utilities

• Natural Gas is available to all residential lots at Bingara Gorge.   Applications for a residential connection should be made through the website www.thenaturalchoice.com.au or by emailing newhomeconnections@jemena.com.au early in the construction process to prevent delays in service provision. 
• Potable water is supplied to all sites by Sydney Water. 
• Bingara Gorge has a privately operated Sewage Treatment Plant where all sewer and rainwater is treated to produce high quality recycled water for the community.  Each residential lot has a recycled water main supply.  The recycled water supply is distinguished by a purple tap. The Water Recycling Plant is currently operated by Veolia Water Solutions and Technologies.
• Some lots within Bingara Gorge have pressure sewer and an underground holding tank which is disclosed on the Lot Disclosure Plan.
• Wollondilly Shire Council is the government certifying authority for Development Applications at Bingara Gorge.
• Bingara Gorge has a 24hr security service provided by Clublinks NSW.  The Security hotline is 1300 880809.  Bingara Gorge is patrolled by onsite security personnel from 4pm until 4am 7 days a week.
