Bingara Gorge is a Lend Lease community of 450ha, located 85km south west of Sydney. Land sizes vary from 450 sqm – 4000 sqm. Land at Bingara Gorge is registered as a Community Title Scheme and managed under a Community Management Statement and construction is subject to Building and Siting Requirements.
