Building and Siting Requirements

Building & Siting Requirements vary slightly depending on the precinct and the size of the lot. As a Builder of a home within Bingara Gorge, it is essential that you familiarise yourself with the rules and guidelines set out in the Building & Siting Requirements which specify requirements for home design and materials, structural recommendations from the Mine Subsidence Board, driveways, fencing, ancillary structures, pools and signage.
Building and Siting Requirements for each Precinct, as well as Lot Disclosure Plans and Building Envelope Plans for each lot are available from the Lend Lease Builders’ Portal at www.lendleasebuilderhub.com.au.
To ensure construction is completed in accordance with community requirements, purchasers pay a compliance bond at settlement. Once home and landscape construction is complete, the lot owner can apply to have the compliance bond returned subject to compliant construction and timeframes.
