Prior to choosing their new home and landscape design, purchasers are encouraged to talk with the Urban Designer at Bingara Gorge review their plans against the Building & Siting Requirements for the lot. The Lend Lease Urban Designer is authorised by the ClubLINKS NSW to ensure that home and landscape design is compliant with the Community Management Statement, and all plans must be approved by Lend Lease before submission to Wollondilly Shire Council for approval.
All builders are required to submit all home designs for formal approval via the Lend Lease Builders Portal. Click Here if you wish to submit building plans for form approval.
By using the portal, you are able to track approvals online and ensure a timely review. Purchasers and builders will be promptly informed of any issues prior to approval. Subsequent approval from the Mine Subsidence Board is required prior to submission to Wollondilly Shire Council, and is free of charge. More information about the Mine Subsidence Board can be obtained from www.minesub.nsw.gov.au or from the office located in Argyle Street, Picton.
